Follow along on the path towards honoring your relationship with the natural world around you by learning simple practices that will encourage the journey towards living life centered in your values and grounded in truth. Navigation tools and opportunities to deepen your practice of self care are all part of this offering.

This weekly gathering is geared towards connection, inspiration, curiosity and a deeper relationship to self thru somatic practices, folklore, herbal wisdom and the call of the wild within us. Participants are encouraged to drop in each week with whatever is coming forward in their life to be honored in the circle of sisterhood.
