The Field Guide:
An inspirational group for women navigating the ever-changing terrain of life.
This weekly gathering is geared towards connection, inspiration, curiosity and a deeper relationship to self thru somatic practices, seasonal self care rituals and the power of presence. Participants are encouraged to arrive each week with whatever is coming forward in their life to be honored in the circle of sisterhood and the presence of horses.
This container explores the turn of the season and the energetic space between the savoring of Spring and the arrival of Summer Solstice. A transition not only in the season but in our nervous system, energetic capacity and the self care practices needed to support us as we navigate the days ahead.
