Service Description

These sessions take place in a tranquil farm setting in the company of horses. The horses themselves embody Gestalt as they live life in the present moment. Interaction with the herd as well as the natural setting allow for us to become present. This presence is an opportunity to slow down and gain the awareness needed to carry back into daily life. These 1 hour sessions are done in observation of the horses. It's a "dip your toe in" service for individuals who want to experience the farm and slow down. It is the practice of being and not doing. Observing and noticing the changes in your body, mind and spirit as a result of your time spent in the company of horses. This is a farm session and not an Equine Gestalt Coaching Session
